For your convenience, we’ve simplified the process of filing a claim to the minimum. Here is what we recommend you to do in the event of an incident:
Step 1: Please contact your Incident Emergency Response Center at 00 800 10 200 000 (toll-free 24/7). Prior to that, if you have become a victim of theft, you should report the relevant event to the police and provide us with the Police reference number.
Step 2: Prepare all your original invoices, receipts, reports and any other documents that might be necessary to support your claim. You should keep copies of all documents that you send to us.
Step 3: Explain everything that you experienced in details to our consultants. From here, we handle it!
Make sure you remember to:
- Verify that the insurance event corresponds to the definition;
- Verify if the insurance event is not part of the excluded clauses;
- Verify that the insurance premium have been paid regularly, including as of the date of occurrence of the event;
